Rebecca Lee Kelley, 24, a literature teacher at Salpointe Catholic High School, was indicted in April 2007 on four counts of sexual conduct with a minor under age 18. She pleaded guilty in October 2007 to one count of failure to report a reportable offense and three counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
