On July 27, the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department arrested Youth Pastor at Faith Baptist Church in Wildomar, Victor Monteiro. He was arrested on suspicion of several felony counts related to the sexual assault of juveniles between 1999 and 2017.
On Tuesday, Nov. 13, Monteiro plead guilty to four counts of lewd acts on a child of 14-15 years of age with the defendant at least 10 years older, two counts of sexual penetration with a foreign object and one count of attempted copulation of a minor, all felonies. Victor Monteiro made a plea agreement with the court and was sentenced to five years and four months in prison.
