Emily Autumn Wentworth, a teacher for Moreno Valley Unified School District was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of sending sexually explicit material to a minor, a misdemeanor. According to authorities, Sheriff’s Department deputies were alerted to alleged inappropriate communications to the Palm Middle School student on Monday. Wentworth was taken into custody after an investigation that included a search of the contents of her digital devices. Wentworth posted bail Wednesday and was freed from the Robert Presley Jail in Riverside.
